Normally Winona's catapults don't destroy player built structures but Jubilantern lamp posts from YOTDfly event get smashed into pieces, and minisigns get uprooted. Notice how in my test similar structures (glowcaps and mushlights) are resistant to being struck with planar strike. Other structures also don't get destroyed or uprooted (compare mini signs behavior to lightning rod or regular sign behavior).
Steps to Reproduce
1. Have Winona's Enlightened Strike and Brilliance G.E.M.erator skill selected in the skill tree
2. Build some Jubilantern Lamp Posts and put minisigns into the ground near them
3. Build Winona's gemerator and a catapult in the range of these structures. Insert pure brilliance into the gemerator and craft a remote.
4. Select "Planar strike" with the remote and aim it to the structures.
Expected behavior: Jubilantern posts should stay intact (like the rest of the structures), minisigns should stay placed into the ground.
Observed behavior: Jubilantern lamp posts get destroyed and drop their resources on the ground as if they were hammered. Minisigns get uprooted and drop on the ground as items.
