Without skill, Winona cannot wear Inspectacles but can wear Rose-Colored Glasses.

Use Winona and wear Rose-Colored Glasses without skill

Go to bugs

This one is fine the ability to use them on anything is tied to the skill being activated but I will monitor this type of feedback to see if it would be better to lock equipping it behind the skill for consistency.
