Wilson skill tree cannot be completed

I have unlocked all insights points for Wilson but am unable to complete the lunar / shadow tree as the game does not record my fuelweaver / celestial champion kills. I killed both many many times before the Wilson refresh and with Wilson (2x each) without using any cheats...I tried swapping characters in and out, resetting insight points and re-killing but it still won't unlock the kills. 

Steps to Reproduce

Unlock all of Wilson insight points

Learn 12 skills

Kill Fuelweaver and/or Celestial Champion

Fuelweaver / Celestial champion lock is not unlocked, and therefore cannot complete skill tree

Go to bugs

disable One hit kill mode!

if you playing on test server and dont want to play wilson for 150 days, you can kill CC or FW using god mode, but you cant use 1 kill hit mode, because that will not count.

I like new skill trees for characters, but I don't like that you can skip the days with console commands and unlock everything.

I don't know if Klei can fix that, but easiest solution to fix that would be making all points reset if you joining another or new server.
