Wigfrid skill tree bugged?

I’ve been experiencing some issues with Wigfrid’s new abilities:

  • Warrior’s reprise can’t be built. Wigfrid says “I can’t do that” even with the skill point spent and the recipe unlocked

  • Fighting Words ability doesn’t put stingers on cooldown. You can spam them without cost.

  • The battle canister quest is not allowing to spend the skill point even with the following songs in the inventory:

•Heartrending Ballad •Clear-Minded Cadenza •Weaponized Warble • Bel Canto of Courage • Fireproof Falsetto • Rude Interlude • Startling Soliloquy

I’ve tried resetting the skill points at the portal and opening-closing Steam.

Can't see your screen shot: should probably post a literal image vs. a reference to an image somewhere on Steam. 
Show a picture with you having the required components in your inventory (or with a chest open, etc) and trying to build it.
