Wigfrid lightening strike not restoring durability

Wigfrid's lightning strike is not restoring durability when I played her today. As described in skill tree, it should. The bug is new because when her skill tree just came out there's no such bug. Maybe it only happens to old world created before, which I have tested a few previous created worlds.  I haven't tested new worlds yet.

Steps to Reproduce

Just open an old world and choose the skill from skill tree. Create the spear and try lightning strike.

Go to bugs

you need to hit something using the charge after upgrading it using a restrained static from moonstorms

I think you are right. Only for upgraded spears.... I misunderstood it.
