Wickerbottom's waiting animation does not play both during the game and on the collection screen.
Steps to Reproduce
No matter how much you move the cursor over the collection screen, the unique animation will not play.Even on the game, no unique animations are played when you are near a bookshelf or have a book in your inventory.
