why lucy became axe LOL

I left Lucy in Hutch and came back to ground and when I took her back she was not Lucy anymore LOL :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

anyone has clue what's going on with my world?

This is expected use the regular axe on a tree to get Lucy back.
