After Pirate Boat appeared, I tried rowing my boat to where the seaweeds were (but didn't collide with the seaweeds) The pirate boat hit the Sea Weed, but Sea Weed attacked my boat instead of Pirate boat!
Steps to Reproduce
1. Row your boat to Seaweed area
2. Ignite the hostile flare to summon a pirate boat
3. Try to let the pirate boat crush into the seaweeds
