when out from wormhole，tentacle around the wormhole disappear

from wormhole1 to wormhole2,tentacles around wormhole2(about 3 turf) disappear.

Steps to Reproduce

use book_tentacles summon some tentacles nearby wormhole2

go in wormhole1 to out of this wormhole2

tentacles disappear
