Independent of wich cave entrance,i ALWAYS apear in the place that i left the caves with the same itens i left long time ago.

This bug had happened to me previously in this same world but intead of putting me on this same cave exit of this image it put me in the entrance to the ruins (wich i was exploring long time ago)
Edit: I tried to verify integrity of game files on steam and is now working propely again.
Steps to Reproduce
I didn't do nothing special, i simply enter the caves and independent of the itens i have on me the bug happens
