When fail teleporting, sometimes Winona does speaking animation but no text.

When there is no Teletransport Station, Winona will say this quote after using Portasol:

But sometimes Winona only does the speaking animation but no text displayed. 

This happens more often when a Teletransport Station is placed without a generator.
