When being haunted, Volt Goat won't panic ... correctly?

In the prefabs files of several mobs (including Saladmander, Grass Gekko, Volt Goat, Mosling and Varglet), there is a standard components function MakeHauntablePanic, which seems like intending to enable player ghosts and shadow trap to panic these mobs. But while in the game, although these mobs can be haunted or can trigger the shadow trap, they won't become panic. And In brain files of these mobs, I didn't see section regarding components.hauntable and panic like the other panicable mobs dose.

I don't know if I get it right, hope I didn't misunderstand.


Steps to Reproduce

a. Haunt Saladmander, Grass Gekko, Volt Goat, Mosling and Varglet

a. Use shadow trap on them

b. They won't panic
