After I kill a monkey, the other monkeys will still throw poop at me instead of escaping home, unless they've turned into shadow monkeys. They were supposed to drop everything while escaping, but the hat wasn't dropped. Once the monkey is back in the barrel, the hat is gone.
I looked at the file and although I don't understand the code I know this feature from the explanation.

In addition, in the actual game the monkeys will not return to the monkey barrel due to the earthquake.

Steps to Reproduce
Kill a monkey that has not been affected by shadows or watch the monkeys during an earthquake
