Woodie's goose form is still under the slowness effect from the oasis desert's sandstorm, after leaving the biome and moving directly onto the ocean. Leaving and then re-entering the world (still on the ocean) fixes the speed.
Desert goggles were not equipped at the time of transformation; I was just standing in the middle of the sandstorm.
Perhaps this is related to the similar bug with the piggyback, where speed is still reduced after transforming with a piggyback equipped.
Steps to Reproduce
-Go to the oasis desert in summer, as Woodie
-Stand in the sandstorm (without desert goggles)
-Eat a Weregoose idol to transform into the Weregoose
-Move directly onto the ocean from the desert.
*Rejoin/restart world to fix speed.
