Wendy can't craft the Picnic Casket when the skill has been learned, its listed as "another survivor knows how to craft this." and doesn't appear in the survivor tab for her.
Steps to Reproduce
Just select as Wendy with the skill unlocked and it won't appear, it is still searchable however.
