Weird attack delay bug

There is no problem with GAMEPAD attacks using this mods

There is no problem with the attack button through GAMEPAD, but problems occur especially when playing on PC.

It's not a problem that makes it impossible to proceed when playing, but I think it's a bug and I'm asking if anyone has solved it.
Is there a solution to this problem?

and can I use the GAMEPAD controller attack key "X" instead of attack key "F" while using a PC keyboard?
