Webber can sleep in a tier one/two den if it was previously a tier 3 but then turned into a spider queen. The sleep animation shows a tier 3 den but reverts to it's other type when you exit it.
Steps to Reproduce
Have a tier 3 turn into a spider queen and tier one, sleep in tier one den
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
