If you use the embalming spritz on a lunar sapling from lunar island, then dig it up and hover over its name it will display as "Scared Stiff MISSING NAME" as shown in the screenshot.
When it is planted in the ground, it will say "Scared Stiff Sapling" as expected. I'm attaching a screenshot showing this as well.
For the sake of providing as much detail as possible, the sapling was ready to be harvested when I waxed it, and it was transplanted.
Steps to Reproduce
Use the embalming spray on a lunar sapling that is ready to be harvested.
Dig it up with a shovel.
Hover over it with your mouse.
