Warly's Merrymaker portrait has transparency issues

Despite how long this seems to have been in the game, I would hazard a guess that this is not intended. I can't find anyone else that has reported it, but apologies if it has been reported already.

Merrymaker Warly appears to be phasing through the bottom of his portrait. It looks like the artist didn't mask his shoes behind the frame properly and has created a ghostly apparition.
