I tried it on multiple characters, Sub-Zero Legs combined with Ice Warrior's Threads results in the legs looking like they're "above" the boots which makes it look a bit weird. If this is intended I'm sorry for wasting your time.

Just choose the two clothing items mentioned from the wardrobe menu: Sub-Zero Legs , Ice Warrior's Threads
