After already reporting the visual Warbler bug that seems to go along with this one, Warblers don't always electrocute or damage players after W.A.R.B.O.T. summoning the drones/minions.
Tested this on a two shard server with both 5 warblers + 1 terramite and 1 warbler + 5 terramites. The bug might start when you walk around/out of reach and don't hit W.A.R.B.O.T during drone phase. Sometimes, after a while, Warblers start to electrocute and do damage again. Not sure if this is "fixed" by hitting W.A.R.B.O.T, which sometimes seemed to work. During testing/replicating the bug it's seems to be very inconsistent, so we couldn't figure out what may cause it.
