Walter Wet Magic Equipment Sanity Penalty

Most wet items Walter wears or holds don't raise or drain his sanity over time like they do for other characters, but magic items' sanity effects (dark sword, amulets, enlightened crown) are still reduced by being wet, so the dark sword reduces sanity faster, the thulecite suit and amulets' sanity regeneration buff is reduced into the negatives and the enlightened crown regenerates sanity slower.
