Walter cannot create projectiles

Yesterday when the update came out my character couldn't create projectiles for his slingshot, any I'm not sure but this could be due to poor optimization on wide 21:9 monitors? 

Steps to Reproduce

Just tried to create and nothing works when I click the create button nothing happens

I'm unable to reproduce the issue. Could you try reproducing the issue with no mods enabled? Including client-side mods?
