Wagstaff won't show me his junk

I have defeated Celestial Champion, but besides for one time where the junk did spawn, Wagstaff's junk has not spawned. Also, when Wagstaff gets taken after beating Celestial Scion, does junk still spawn? I haven't beaten the boss yet, but I have all the stuff to spawn the boss, I'm just prepping rn and I was curious.

junk does spawn after scion, and have you checked the junkyard? wagstaff spawns his junk there if scrappy werepig isn't in there and it doesn't already have his junk iirc

After defeating the Celestial Champion, did you give him a crown fragment? Because without it, he won't start building his structures.
