Steps to Reproduce

Be rewarded with a Spark Ark, then unload Wagstaff by running away. When he is loaded again, there will be another Spark Ark in his place.

I'm aware this has been a persistent bug for quite some time. Now that Wagstaff departs the world after defeating Wabot, I'm wondering if this method still remains effective.
