Wagstaff only accepting 5 thermits

Is it only me or what, but wagstaff doesn’t accept my last captured capsule. It’s only 5 on the ground and he requires the celestial capsule. Celestial is not spawning because there is only 5 of thermites on the ground.

It's not a bug, you have to have at least one of the two kinds of machines captured (idk the right names) the flying one, and the saw one. So If you hvae five of one kind, you have to have one of the other
