If you are in a moon storm you can find multiple copies of Wagstaff. One from the storm and one from the bosses.
(I wonder what the lore implications are?)
Steps to Reproduce
1 Find Wagstaff in the moon storm and (optionally) start the restrained static minigame
2 kill one of the 3 mutant bosses and have Wagstaff give you the spark arc
3 Watch as Wagstaff demonstrates his cloning capabilities
(I believe this can also occur when he does the random run by but I am on console and can't reliably test for it)
