well yah but... i only had healthbar, slugcats and [MABYE] campfire respawn

 

Your space bar might've jammed or the game thought you had it held down. Since you already had mods I'd suggest downloading the "Pick-up filters [Client]" mod in case something like this happens again, so you don't auto-pick flowers and other items you put on the list.
