Hello guys I followed over 10 Suspicious Dirt Pile in the Oasis in spring when its raining. I have tried starting from inside the oasis and outside ending in the oasis but cant find Volt Goat. Is this a bug or u guys lowered the chances? I always found Koalefant and Varg.
