Void cowl doesn't provide amp up to reaper

the Reaper damage isn't getting amped up by the void  cowl even when I wear the robe with it

Steps to Reproduce

I tried using cowl alone or both cowl and rope but the amp up damage is never there

This is actually less damage than the shadow reaper deals without any armor at all (normally it's 56).

It looks like it's completely ignoring all of your planar damage, not just the planar damage from the ramping buff. I have no idea how. Interestingly you are still getting the 1.1x physical dmg modifier from the void cowl.
