Very very strange audio bug(Youtube playing audio through DST?)

I've been trying to play the game these past few days but every time I open the game the menu music is playing not that bad by it's self but A. it's way louder then I have it set and B. menu music still plays on a world? This when on for a few days I verfied the files, reinstalled nothing. Today I was trying everything again plus trying a music mod and none of it worked then things got way way way weirder the menu music hit the end and it started play audio from a team mobile ad and once that was done the audio of the newest dst trailer. I thought I was going crazy or I had a tab open or something but nope it's the game and it kept playing different youtube audio.

TLDR DST's Audio is playing youtube audio and the game audio settings seem to no longer work.

turning mods off, reinstalling, verifying files, a music mod none of it works

what cursed ♥♥♥♥ is wrong with my game please help

Steps to Reproduce

I open the game and the audio is broken no clue what causes it 

Go to bugs

I can try to help (assuming you are playing with steam), first when you open the game click "Forum". After you click "Forum" it would show some tabs opened with steam. If there is a tab there playing the audio just exit it out. Not sure this would work though but it doesn't hurt to try.
