Using combustion or frenzy crashes my game

So im on controller and i was testing the beta and everytime i used combustion or frenzy the game hit me with the WARNING! screen, i tried verifying files and disabling all the mods but it still kept crashing, any ideas as to what may be causing this?

Edit: After doing some testing, i found out it only crashes when im using controller, when i switch to keyboard everything works fine, also placin a lureplant on controller also crashed my game too
