"unparsecommand" doesn't handle "params.rest"

The unparsecommand function from usercommands.lua doesn't handle the params.rest field causing the server side commands to lose that part of the input.

Steps to Reproduce

Run a server side text command with a multi word parameter. See that only the first word of the multi word parameter reaches the server and the rest is thrown away.
