Unable to weave new items on Linux

As per the title, unable to weave items on a Linux build. Getting a "Connection failure" notice.
Was able to weave an item on MacOS

OS info:
OS: CachyOS x86_64
Kernel: Linux 6.18.2-3-cachyos
DE: KDE Plasma 6.5.4
WM: KWin (Wayland)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (16) @ 5.05 GHz
GPU 1: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER [Discrete]
GPU 2: AMD Raphael [Integrated]
Memory: 7.82 GiB / 30.49 GiB (26%)

Steps to Reproduce

Just weave any item on Linux

Go to bugs
