Unable to play

I’m in Xbox one, whenever I attempt to start up the game on my account it says I’m not logged in while I’m on the main menu. Whenever I attempt to open shop or access any online features it says I must “log in”, in the top right it says “offline” although it isn’t a problem with my internet. I’ve restarted the game dozens of times, re installed the game twice, power cycled my console and a few other things I could think of. Please help me, I just want to play!!
