This was a bug caused by the First Person Mod:
While playing Winona in a new world on the beta branch:
After crafting the rose colored glasses I was able to use their abilities normally but I seemingly randomly lost the ability to interact with the Dark Vestiges themselves.
I can summon the Dark Vestige on every applicable object but it lacks the interaction prompt
After some more playing, the cache boxes can also not be interacted with
Steps to Reproduce
Reloading the world and completely restarting my game was unable to fix the issue
I also tried taking off and putting back on the glasses in several ways but nothing worked
