Twiggy trees have been replaced by saplings when starting a new server, can't work out how to get twiggy trees back

Died in one server, started a new one, suddenly, saplings
Go to bugs

This is how the new resource variants system works, so in your case, you happened to get twigs from Twiggy Trees in your first world, and it changed to you getting twigs from Saplings in your second world.
