Turning twiggy trees off when generating a world, will instead remove saplings.

Title is as it sounds, when I turn twiggy trees to "none" there are no saplings. But when left on default, immediately I see saplings.

Steps to Reproduce

When generating a world, turn "twiggy trees" to "none". Then look for saplings once the world is generated.
