Trees (including Boulderboughs) can provide heat shelter in Fumarole biome

Not a bug report but more of pointing out something that's been in the game for a while, and now could be a good time to address and have it be more intuitive. I figured it's still more deserving of a bug report than a feedback discussion thread, given how weird it is with the new biome.

Trees (and canopies, so shelter in general) providing summer insulation and cooling during the night was always pretty weird, it always applied in caves, which was extra weird, and now it applies to the new Fumarole biome with Boulderboughs, which you guessed it, it's even weirder..

It makes sense that Boulderboughs can provide sheltering (it'll help against rain, and acid rain in the caves), but not against heat in the caves and in a biome where it's supposed to be really hot all around, and not because of the sun.

I feel like rather than just addressing this issue for the biome alone, it might be worth looking into tweaking how sheltering works in regards to temperature depending on day phase (which would automatically disable it in caves if not allowed to work during the night).

Of course, there's one thing to keep in mind, and it's that in some cases it might be hot enough up in the surface during night to cause issues, so that would need to be accounted for.

Given how quickly sheltering updates, it probably wouldn't be the most ideal unless an interval is added, but different sheltering entities could have different values that can be tweaked and changed with different triggers. So that players don't just have generic "level 1 sheltering" or "level 2 sheltering".

But as a I said, if anything it might be worth to still keep it generic, just accounting for not providing cooling and insulation during the night phase (which would cover caves).
