Tilled Soil caused by Garden Digamajigs can rarely block placement of adjacent Digamajigs

Steps to Reproduce

Frankly, this was really hard to reproduce and it took almost 15 minutes to get this result. 
The best way to reproduce this would be to place Garden Digamajigs 1 tile apart from each other to increase the chance of this to occur.
