Thulecite Slingshot Frame adds a special ammo slot to your Slingshot that is used for a secondary, alternate Slingshot attack, that extends any magic effects of your ammo to an area of effect.
But it doesn't seem to work for Stickies and Ickies ammos. Both only applies slowness to single target, instead of area effect.
Steps to Reproduce
1. mod slingshot with Thulecite Slingshot Frame
2. put Slow-Down Rounds on second slow and right click to attack a group of mobs => slow mobs in an area
3. change to Stickies and Ickies => slow single target
