Thermbell while held doesn't affect players's temperature

i don't know if this intended design, or a bug.

when heated or frozen, the thermbell while being held by the player doesn't actually transfer the temperature over. if i'm in winter and the ambient temperature is cold enough to freeze me, a heated thermbell in the inventory works just fine, it's just when it's held that i start freezing.
