Thermal Stone Not Warming Up

Hello,

Thermal stone works fine in winter, but in summer (and possibly other seasons) its bugged and does not warm up , i have been trying to warm it up to enrage antlion ,

- I don't have any mods enabled 

- Game from steam

hope for a fix
