The Storm Event reduces FPS and Ambient Volume

If you try to collect Restrained Static, then you will find your FPS goes lower and lower while in the storm.

Steps to Reproduce

None. You can just play and try to collect as much Restrained Static as possible without leaving the game (I mean, DO NOT close DST program).

And if you restart DST, you will find your FPS returns.
