I had -15 skill points.
I couldn't gain any more points because of the limit of points.So, i checked the files and i saw that i had 174xp.
I do not know why changing the "174" to "160" made the skill tree work again.

Steps to Reproduce
I had been doing a cycle of enter a world, leaving it and reseting the skill tree for a while. At one point I couldn't reset or change the skill tree any more because of the -15 that leave me with 0 skill points to use.
