If WX-78 becomes Frozen such as via the effects of a Blue Hound, two units of charge will not be lost. The trigger condition is that WX-78 dies once and is revived.
Steps to Reproduce
Before WX-78 died, it would normally lose two charges if it was frozen.
After the death of WX-78, it does not lose two charges when frozen.
