The Oasis does not have sandstorms or has but does not cover the entire Oasis

I play a lot of DST and I've seen that sometimes the sandstorms effectively 
cover the entire Oasis as it should be... 
but there are others where they don't even cover the lake area and all the 
grace of making a base in this biome is lost...
 
Steps to Reproduce

° Create a World.

° Go to the Oasis in Summer.

°Wait to see if the sandstorm in the Oasis was generated correctly, it depends on your bad luck I guess.
