I have the complete Wolfgang stampeder skin but it's the only one I have. The hat tip skin says it can only be obtained by having the wigfred, Wanda, or West skin. I imagine it isn't intended for some stampeder skins to unlock the hat tip emote while others don't?
Steps to Reproduce
*Have the Wurt Maxwell or Wolfgang stampeder skin
*Tip Hat emote isn't unlocked.
