Steps to Reproduce

1.Hosting server (or making new world) in the game.

2.Set up some mods in server.

3.Resume world and close game.

4.Change modoverrides.lua file.

5.Restarting game and check hosting server.

6.Mod configurations is not reflected and overwritten.
