Steam is connected to the internet and online. I've tried restarting my computer, unsubscribed from all mods, running it as an admin, and restarting the app. I don't have vpn. I don't have a router as we're connected to the tower. I have windows firewall set to allow it to run. I dont have other security. It still won't connect.
I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the game, still no connecting.

Steps to Reproduce
Open Steam, go to library, click play, click play standard (not 32bit). The game will load, but wont connect to servers. Able to play offline.
